Common Property Agent Problems
Bad Advice
Sometimes, the advice given is not the best, and there might be a dispute on whether such advice was ever given.
Over Promise
Sometimes, many things are promised to get your business, regardless of whether they are achievable.
Gatekeeping
Agents might not want to share their commission and so gatekeep against a potential buyer represented by another agent.
Unprofessional
Agents might act unprofessionally, such as failing to attend viewing sessions.

Testimonials
Hear from our happy clients.
” I engaged an agent to sell my unit. I did a property photoshoot as advised, but it was still not selling. I was then told that my asking price was too high. I asked a friend to act as a potential buyer. It turns out my agent was difficult to contact. I appointed a new agent and it got sold very quickly.”
James Mann
Selling A Condo
” My agent helped arrange viewings but failed to turn up multiple times. The seller agent ended up helping me with my questions and processes. I decided to go DIY after that. I disputed the commission bill by showing all my previous chats and getting them witnessed.”
